Our journey began in the early hours of the morning as we set sail from Miami, just in time to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the Atlantic. The tranquil beauty of the morning set the tone for what was to come—a quick and smooth 2.5-hour cruise to the pristine shores of Bimini, Bahamas.
As we approached Bimini, the first thing that captured our attention was the crystal-clear waters surrounding the island. We docked at the Hilton Resort Marina, where our captain took care of all the necessary immigration paperwork, allowing us to begin our adventure without delay.
Once everything was in order, we hopped onto golf carts and set off to explore the island. Bimini is known for its stunning, crystal-clear beaches, and we made the most of our time, visiting several of these picturesque spots. The marina’s proximity to the Hilton Resort also meant we could unwind in their gorgeous infinity pool, a perfect way to cool off after a day of exploration.

The next day, we headed out to the SS Sapona Wreck, a fascinating piece of history lying just beneath the surface. The SS Sapona, a concrete ship from World War I, has become a popular snorkeling spot, offering a unique underwater adventure. We spent hours snorkeling, diving into the clear waters, and later, enjoyed a BBQ on the yacht with refreshing drinks, making the most of our time in this extraordinary location.
On our third day, we set out to explore Honeymoon Island, a hidden gem where visitors can feed nurse sharks and stingrays—a truly unique and thrilling experience. The island’s untouched beauty and the close encounters with marine life made it a highlight of our trip.
For our final day, we decided to anchor the yacht in front of a secluded, crystal-clear beach. The day was spent relaxing in the water, enjoying all the water toys at our disposal, kayaking, and even trying our hand at paddleboarding.
As the day drew to a close, we set sail back to Miami, arriving just in time to watch the sunset over the iconic Miami skyline—a perfect end to an unforgettable journey.
